Exchanges & Returns Policy
Returns for Store Credit Only
At ANASTASI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make an exchange or return, we offer store credit only.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:
- Contact Us: To begin the process, please email us at info@anastasiwear.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return label. You must ship the items back to us within 7 days of receiving this label.
Return Requirements:
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and must be unworn and unwashed.
- Restocking Fee: A $15 restocking fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from your store credit.
- Store Credit: Store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Special Conditions:
- Pre-Orders: Refunds for pre-order purchases are only available if the order is canceled within 48 hours of placement.
- Eligibility: Full-priced items are eligible for store credit or size exchanges within our 10-day return policy.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, altered items, and any products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged Items:
- Notification: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us at info@anastasiwear.com within 48 hours of delivery. If the damage is not reported within this time frame, the item will be returned to you without refund or exchange.
- Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and acceptance. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to post the transaction.
International Returns:
- Shipping Costs: For international returns, the cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse these costs.
